Yes, I remember. You were excited that you’d given the required notice to leave your work at the clinic, BUT you felt agitated because you didn’t want to have to wait. You felt ready to jump in with both feet and waiting felt like a delay.
No matter what you do in life, the thoughts that you put behind any activity has a significant effect on the outcome of your goals and dreams. Whether you are pushing yourself to your limit in sport, working your ass off for that next promotion at work, or sitting on the couch watching the world go by, the success you will achieve is affected by your thoughts.

Wherever you are right now, take a moment to do a self-scan. Close your eyes and imagine a beam, like the scanning light on a photocopier, starting at the top of your head and slowly working down to your toes.
Wow! It's has been a beautiful week here in Vancouver. The sun has been out nearly every day, and if you are standing in the sun, it is quite warm. The air still has a bit of a chill to it, but once we get into April, that will disappear quickly.
I’m still laid up with an ankle injury, so I had to dig down deep to pull out the weekly wins for this week. Here we go:
Happy Sunday! Hope you have all had an amazing week. This week started to go off the rails for me early in the week when I injured my ankle when climbing at the gym on Monday. I decided to push myself when doing a dynamic move (picture a frog leaping up a wall). Sadly, I did not successfully grab the hold and I fell about 3 meters (9 feet) horizontally on top of an inverted ankle. OUCH!!!
